Trump Plaza is a closed hotel and casino on the Boardwalk, owned by Trump Entertainment Resorts. The Trump Taj Mahal, built for $1.2 billion in 1990, went for 4 cents on the dollar when it was sold in March 2017. The glass tower at the back was built as the Revel Casino for $2.4 billion, declared bankruptcy and closed multiple times, defaulting on taxes and obligations to workers. It reopened in April 2019 as Ocean Casino Resort.
